Well today i woke up with big plans - the first thing i wanted to do was to pay my final debt and get to be debt free! It was something i have been looking forward to for a long time.......and then it all went pear shaped.
I phoned up and paid as agreed, but when i asked for a letter to confirm the debt was now cleared i was told i still owed over £500 - i was not a happy bunny!
Anyway, to save long boring explanations it took me the whole day to get it sorted out - what a pa-lava honestly, what should have taken 10 mins if even that cost me the whole days worth of doing anything else.
Talk about taking the shine off what should have been a wonderfully happy day! Huh that's banks for ya these days!
Anyway, finally i can say it - I am DEBT FREE as of today!! Its been a long hard few years but its clean slate time.
